Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Alignment:The HR Business Partner Head ensures that HR strategies and initiatives are aligned with the overall business objectives and priorities.
• Leadership and Team Management:They lead and mentor the HR Business Partner team, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities.
• Partnering with Senior Leadership:They work closely with senior leaders to understand their needs, identify HR challenges, and develop solutions.
• HR Policy and Program Development:They contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and programs that support the business.
• Employee Relations:They address employee relations issues, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
• Talent Management:They play a key role in talent acquisition, retention, and development.
• Performance Management:They work with managers to improve performance management processes and employee development.
• Change Management:They help organizations navigate and manage change initiatives, ensuring a smooth transition for employees.
• Data Analysis and Reporting:They analyze HR data to identify trends, measure the effectiveness of HR programs, and provide insights to senior leadership.
