The HR Business Partner (HRBP) will provide strategic advice and proactive human resources partnership to leaders within a national business function(s) and will be responsible for driving people-focused solutions that enable the business to achieve its goals.
The HRBP partners closely with leaders to enhance organizational effectiveness, build leadership capability, and support a positive, high-performance culture. This is an opportunity to leverage your HR expertise, business and financial acumen, strategic thinking, coaching and influencing skills, and change management knowledge to partner with leaders in solving complex people challenges and opportunities that support LifeLabs’ success.
This is a hybrid role with a minimum of 3 days per week onsite.

Salary range: $96,255 – $122,727 CAD annually (commensurate with experience).
