Your role and key responsibilities

This position is part of our Human Resources Department, which brings together teams from People & People Services, Talent, Organization, Compensation & Benefits, Culture, and Learning & Development. Together, they support every business area and help shape a workplace where people can grow, belong, and thrive. In this team, you’ll help build a culture that’s not just creating batteries — but shaping the future of work.

As a HR Business Partner, you will act as a strategic advisor to the business, partnering with leadership teams to drive people strategies that support organizational performance, transformation, and sustainable growth.

In your day-to-day, you will:

  • Serve as the primary HR advisor for assigned business areas, providing expert guidance across the full employee lifecycle.
  • Partner closely with business leaders to anticipate workforce needs, ensure organizational readiness, and align talent plans with company strategy.
  • Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to lead and oversee recruitment activities, ensuring timely and high‑quality hiring outcomes.
  • Drive enterprise talent initiatives, including talent identification, succession planning, and high‑potential development programs that deliver measurable business impact.
  • Design and implement targeted HR solutions and policies, actively contributing to organizational change and transformation initiatives.
  • Lead the deployment, optimization, and continuous improvement of HR processes, ensuring operational excellence and alignment with corporate objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal stakeholders, ensuring consistent application of HR standards, policies, and governance frameworks
  • Manage and resolve complex employee relations matters, conducting thorough, objective investigations in line with Compliance and internal policies.
  • Maintain deep and up‑to‑date knowledge of labor laws and regulatory requirements, proactively mitigating legal risks.
  • Work closely with leaders and employees to strengthen employee engagement, workplace relationships, and company culture, reinforcing organizational values.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies to enhance productivity, engagement, and retention, supporting long‑term business continuity and sustainability.
  • Partner with business leaders to monitor and control personnel costs, implementing effective headcount planning and cost optimization strategies.


What you bring to the team

Education
Vocational Training or a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, preferably with a focus or specialization in Human Resources Management.

Professional Experience
Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, ideally in a strategic or business‑partnering capacity.

Languages
Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken. Experience working in international environments is a strong asset.
