The ideal candidate will be both tactical and strategic, playing a key role in employee relations, talent management, and driving HR initiatives. You will partner with operational leaders to ensure HR practices align with business objectives while fostering a positive work environment. This role requires a strong focus on employee relations, compliance, and proactive problem-solving, especially in a blue-collar setting.
