HR Business Partner Sales Region Germany (m/f/d)

Your mission:

As an HR Business Partner, you will ensure professional and compliant HR work in the scope of the Walter Sales Region in Germany. Included in your mission is to:

• Partner closely with the business to translate strategy into a meaningful and impactful people strategy and agenda
• Drive and implement people-focused initiatives across the entire employee journey, enhancing the employee experience
• Support and coach leaders in building strong teams, on organizational development, leading through change, and addressing people-related topics
• Champion a culture of trust, fairness and inclusion, ensuring all HR practices are in line with local legislation and company policies
• Lead and collaborate with HR teams and expert functions to empower people and enable business performance

Your profile:

• Academic degree in Business Administration, HR, or a related field
• Several years of HR management experience, ideally in an international matrix organization
• Strong expertise in German labour law, collective (bargaining) agreements and HR compliance
• Experience in change management and stakeholder management
• Strategic, structured, analytical, hands-on, and proactive working style with good communication skills
• Fluent in German and English
