HRBP / People Experience Business Partner – IBERIA

The Role:

As a PX Business Partner, you’ll deliver proactive, professional, and comprehensive HR support to managers across the business unit, covering IBERIA. You’ll work closely with the EMEA PX Team, supporting Directors and Senior Managers in strategic development and achievement of key business objectives. This role is your opportunity to shape the people agenda, drive change management projects, and create ongoing talent and career pathing for our teams.

Your Impact:

• Deliver a great experience for our people, consistently focusing on their needs
• Use best practice knowledge to influence the People agenda locally and globally
• Act as a point of contact for managers in your client group
• Proactively support People Processes and Initiatives
• Manage complex People Projects across functions and regions
• Build strong business relationships with internal clients
• Identify gaps, propose, and implement changes to cover risks
• Facilitate stakeholder groups to bring best solutions for employees
• Partner with leaders to deliver best-in-class people management approaches
• Support managers in designing development and succession plans for key talents and positions
• Ensure stakeholder structures align with company policy

We would Love to Hear from People with:

• Previous experience in HR Management in a retail environment is highly beneficial
• Broad HR experience ideally working in a generalist role
• Previous delivery of supporting business / team improvement
• Sound Employment law knowledge & application within Spain and Portugal
• Experience working in and maintaining confidential situations
• Fluency in Spanish, Portuguese and English
