Are you passionate about partnering with leaders and employees to create a high-performing, people-focused organization?

As HR Business Partner EEG, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our business to achieve both operational and strategic objectives by translating EMEA HR priorities into impactful local initiatives. Acting as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, you will help foster an engaging and positive employee experience while driving talent, performance, and organizational effectiveness.

In this role, you will partner closely with the leadership team, with a particular focus on Poland, providing coaching and guidance on people-related matters, supporting organizational change, and ensuring HR operational excellence across the region. You will also contribute to attracting and developing top talent by supporting recruitment activities and building strong talent pipelines that enable sustainable business growth.

  • Provide firstline‑ HR guidance to managers on topics like performance, employee relations, development needs, and team dynamics.

  • Play a key role in supporting change management and managing resistance, and fostering a positive “start-up culture”.

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and ensure smooth hiring processes

Contribute to local and EMEA HR initiatives, including culture, engagement, talent management, and change management projects.

Ensure adherence to local labor laws, Group and EMEA HR policies, and internal governance standards.

ABOUT YOU

  • Strong commitment to continuous improvement, digitalization and process simplification

  • Ability to build trusted relationships and partner effectively with stakeholders at all levels

  • High level of ownership, adaptability and a proactive mindset

  • Fluent in Polish and English – any additional Eastern European language (Hungarian, Serbian, Bulgarian) is a plus.

WHAT WE OFFER
