
The HR Business Partnerwill drive all people activities, initiatives and programs for the entireMasonHPCsite supporting the Plant Manager andacting as akey member of the plant leadership team. The HRBP works under the general guidance of theLead, HR–Manufacturing AwayFromHomebutis responsible fordriving all people initiative across the plant, includingdeterminingthe efficient structure, talentpipelineand people strategies.
This position’smain focuswill be on leading efforts around people development, talent pipeline, organization efficiency, change management and driving cultural transformation; to achieving goals around people, cost, and customer service. The position will support approximately300employees while driving HR initiatives and directly mentoring & supporting functions’ people managers. The role will lead a team of HR professionals.

MinimumRequirements:
5 Years of Experience as a Human Resources Business Partner supporting employees within a manufacturing, distribution, retail, or hospitality environment.
Strong eye for business, project management, and technicalproficiency in workplace technology and systems (eg. Workday, Kronos, MS Office Suite, etc)
Ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership and other key customers influencing through data and insights
Excellent organization and time management skills in a fast-paced environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, leadingchangethrough others.
Adaptability – Maintaining effectiveness in the face of changing priorities and tasks, ability to manage multiple assignments.

New Hire Base Salary Range:
$104,200.00 - $130,200.00
Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.
