
We are looking for an HR Business Partner (Nordics) who brings solid, hands-on experience across multiple HR disciplines and thrives in a highly autonomous environment. We are seeking an experienced HR professional who can confidently navigate complex employee relations matters, support leadership teams, and drive both strategic and operational HR initiatives.
The HR Business Partner Nordics is responsible for providing professional HR support and guidance to managers and employees, ensuring effective people management and the achievement of business objectives.
In this standalone HRBP role, you will work closely with leaders and employees across the organization, supporting workforce planning, talent management, organizational development, labor relations, and change initiatives. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will balance business needs with people priorities while helping create a positive and high-performing workplace culture.
This is a temporary (15 months) role (maternity leave cover), with a preferred start date of November 2026.
