The tasks as HR Business Partner:in are as varied and diverse as our interior design projects.
You will manage the entire recruiting process (profile matching, job posting, direct approach, interviews) in collaboration with the specialist departments. After successful recruitment, you will coordinate the onboarding process. Furthermore, you will accompany the entire employee lifecycle in a defined support group.
You will also develop social media campaigns to attract and retain employees. For this purpose, you will inform yourself about current trends or set new ones yourself. Creative and innovative ideas are welcome here.
Another focus of your daily work will be the further development of the Ganter Academy. You will consider which training courses should be offered promptly or which internal e-learnings could do with an update. Furthermore, you will obtain offers from external training providers and coordinate the contents with the specialist departments.
You will also revise and implement company-wide processes and standards and support the implementation of current HR projects.
