We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to support field leadership across a multi-state organization while helping drive employee engagement, talent acquisition, performance management, and organizational success.
The Human Resources Business Partner serves as a strategic partner to managers and operational leaders, providing guidance on employee relations, talent management, recruiting, compensation, training, compliance, and workforce planning. This role is responsible for supporting multiple locations while helping create a positive employee experience and high-performing workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
▪ Partner with managers and regional leaders to support business and workforce objectives.
▪ Lead employee relations activities, including investigations, coaching, performance management, and conflict resolution.
▪ Analyze turnover trends, exit interview feedback, and engagement data to develop retention strategies.
▪ Manage full-cycle recruiting, including workforce planning, sourcing, interviewing, offer creation, and hiring.
▪ Support leadership development through manager coaching and training programs.
▪ Review compensation recommendations and provide guidance on internal equity and market competitiveness.
▪ Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.
▪ Build strong relationships with leaders and serve as a trusted HR advisor.
▪ Conduct HRIS audits and support employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, transfers, promotions, terminations, reporting, documentation, and other HR administrative functions.
Qualifications
▪ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
▪ 7+ years of progressive Human Resources experience required.
▪ Experience in employee relations, recruiting, performance management, compensation, and leadership coaching.
▪ Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
▪ Excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
▪ Healthcare and multi-site experience preferred.
▪ SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification preferred.
