Job Description

What you will do

  • Partner with the Heads of Legal, Strategy, and Corporate Affairs, as well as their management teams, on all matters related to people, organizational structure, leadership, and culture.
  • Act as a trusted HR advisor to business leaders, providing strategic guidance and support on people-related matters and organizational priorities.
  • Own and drive talent management initiatives, including succession planning, performance management, employee development, and retention strategies.
  • Proactively ensure the right talent with the required capabilities is identified, developed, and recruited to support current and future business needs.
  • Own, manage, and accurately report on workforce planning, ensuring alignment with business needs.
  • Support organizational effectiveness initiatives, including organizational design, role clarity, and ways of working.
  • Proactively support and execute transformation, change management, and leadership initiatives within the assigned functions.
  • Leverage HR metrics and analytics to enable fact-based decision-making and support business outcomes.
  • Stay informed of emerging HR trends, best practices, and market developments, and identify opportunities to enhance the organization.

What you will need

  • Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of progressive Human Resources experience within a multinational company (MNC), preferably in an international and complex organizational environment.
  • Proven ability to effectively influence and partner with leaders at all levels.
  • Strong experience in strategic HR partnering, talent management, organizational development, and change management.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to manage multiple competing priorities and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work autonomously while also contributing effectively as part of a team, with confidence in managing relationships across all organizational levels.
  • Strategically credible, operationally effective, and recognized as a trusted and highly competent HR professional.
  • Ability to anticipate business needs and proactively provide effective HR solutions.
  • Excellent communication, consulting, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to challenge constructively, influence decisions, and manage difficult conversations in a way that promotes alignment and reduces conflict.
  • Pragmatic, results-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach to delivering business-enabling HR solutions.
  • Strong influencing and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to lead discussions, generate ideas, and identify opportunities that support organizational objectives.
  • Comfortable operating in a matrix organization and effectively managing multiple stakeholders.
  • Ability to think strategically while remaining hands-on, work under pressure, and navigate ambiguity.
  • Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to adjust plans, strategies, and approaches based on changing business needs while being mindful of cultural differences.
  • Energetic, proactive, and solution-oriented approach.
  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and comfortable working in a hands-on role.
  • Continuous improvement mindset, with a strong drive to achieve results and deliver meaningful impact.
