Bosch Home Comfort Group is hiring an HR Business Partner for Labor Relations. This role blends traditional labor relations expertise with organizational development and change‑management responsibilities. The specialist supports union–management relations, ensures compliance with labor laws, and plays a key role in integrating cultures, processes, and ways of working during organizational transitions such as mergers, acquisitions, or restructuring.

  • Administer and interpret collective bargaining agreements
  • Support contract negotiations, including preparing proposals and analyzing union demands
  • Advise managers on labor law, contract compliance, and disciplinary actions
  • Investigate employee grievances and recommend resolutions
  • Represent the organization in grievance meetings, mediations, and arbitrations
  • Identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements that enhance employee experience and operational effectiveness
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to standardize policies, workflows, and decision‑making frameworks
  • Develop and deliver training for managers on labor relations practices
  • Maintain documentation related to grievances, investigations, and negotiations
  • Build collaborative relationships with union representatives and internal stakeholders

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree Human Resources, Business Administration, Labor Relations, or related field
  • 5+ years of HR experience
  • Understanding of labor laws (NLRA, FLSA, FMLA, etc.)
  • Experience working with unions or in a unionized environment
  • Experience with process-mapping or continuous improvement methodologies
  • Experience in HRIS and HR analytics tools

Preferred Qualifications:

  • PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Negotiation, communication and conflict-resolution skills
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and guiding others through change
  • Strong documentation and case-management abilities
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
