HR Business Partner junior - (m/f/d / All Genders Welcome)

Location: Tachov

Your Role

As our HR Business Partner junior, you will:

• Recruitment and adaptation of technical and THP employees
• Employee care and support in solving personnel issues • Ensuring employee training (legal and development)
• Active cooperation with department heads in the HR area
• Administration associated with entrusted HR agendas and responsibility for employees' labor documentation
• Monitoring labor legislation and cooperation in implementing changes
• Cooperation with schools, organization of internships and excursions
• Participation in job exchanges and fairs
• Preparation of some of the materials for monthly statements and reporting
• Cooperation with the team on automation and digitalization of HR agendas

What You’ll Bring (Skills & Experience)

We’re looking for someone who demonstrates

• Secondary/university education, good knowledge of working with a PC (MS Office, SAP an advantage)
• Experience in HR (ideally as an HR BP or HR Generalist)
• Orientation in labor legislation
• English language – at least B1, driving license group B
• Czech language - C1 - native speaker
• Communicative, independent, responsible, proactive and innovative approach, partner for management and employees
