We are looking for an experienced and strategic HR Business Partner (HRBP) with 5–10 years of experience to join our growing organization. The ideal candidate will serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders, aligning human resources strategies with organizational goals while driving talent initiatives that enhance employee engagement, performance, and business success.
As an HRBP, you will collaborate closely with leadership teams to understand business priorities, provide strategic HR guidance, and implement people-focused solutions across the employee lifecycle. This role requires a strong understanding of HR best practices, employment regulations, workforce planning, talent management, and organizational development.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to develop and execute HR strategies that support organizational objectives and drive business performance.
- Act as a trusted advisor on employee relations, workforce planning, organizational design, and change management initiatives.
- Collaborate with managers to identify talent needs, succession planning opportunities, and leadership development initiatives.
- Drive performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, feedback, and employee development planning.
- Support recruitment strategies by partnering with talent acquisition teams to attract and retain high-performing professionals.
- Provide guidance on employee engagement initiatives and recommend actions to improve workplace culture and retention.
- Coach managers on HR policies, conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and employee performance issues.
- Analyze HR metrics and workforce trends to provide data-driven recommendations for business improvements.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and HR governance standards.
- Partner with Learning & Development teams to identify skill gaps and implement effective training programs.
- Lead or support HR transformation, organizational restructuring, and change management projects.
- Foster an inclusive, collaborative, and high-performance work environment across business units.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. A Master's degree or MBA in HR is preferred.
- 5–10 years of professional HR experience, including significant experience in an HRBP role supporting business functions.
- Strong understanding of employee lifecycle management, talent management, organizational development, and workforce planning.
- Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and influencing business decisions through strategic HR initiatives.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret HR data and provide actionable business insights.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, compliance requirements, and HR best practices.
