Join us in our exciting quest to build the future home, as HR Business Partner for the Group IT organization. You will be a member of the IT and Corporate Functions HR leadership teams, strategically partnering with a diverse, global organization.

The role reports to the VP HR Corporate Functions.

Who we are looking for:

A proactive, business-minded HR Business Partner collaborating closely with senior IT leadership. You combine strategic thinking with a pragmatic, solutions-focused approach and a strong business perspective. You bring end-to-end HR experience and a genuine passion for people and organizational performance and success.

Objective:

As HR Business Partner at Electrolux Group, you shape and drive the people and organizational strategy for the IT function. In close partnership with leadership, you enable a high-performing, learning organization and build future-ready capabilities.

You act as a trusted advisor and coach on leadership, culture, engagement, and performance – translating strategy into impactful people plans. In our global, multicultural environment, you influence, inspire, and drive sustainable change.

Key responsibilities:

  • Partner with senior IT leaders globally on organizational and people development
  • Translate the business strategy into actionable workforce plans
  • Support your business in the execution of the annual HR processes with focus on business value creation and employee experience
  • Drive and implement the global people plan within your functional area
  • Build and execute a future-focused capability roadmap (e.g. org design, skills development)
  • Lead transformation and change initiatives, ensuring alignment, engagement, and delivery
  • Strengthen talent and succession pipelines through a forward-looking, skills-based approach
  • Foster a learning organization, driving leadership and team development
  • Connect and collaborate across the global IT HR community on key topics (talent, succession, employer branding)
  • Support engagement initiatives and drive follow-through
  • Advance the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion agenda with measurable outcomes

Skills and capabilities:

  • Up to 10 years of previous professional experience in global, matrix organizations, in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, ideally in FMCG or technology industry
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes and best practices across the employee lifecycle, in particular: Talent management and succession planning, Workforce planning, Employee engagement and culture building, budget preparation etc.
  • Knowledge of global systems and tools such as SAP, WD or other
  • Capability to drive change management and organizational transformation initiatives
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Experience partnering with a technical or IT organization is a plus
  • An ability to influence senior stakeholders to raise leadership and change management capability, engagement and performance (in complex, matrix environment)
  • Proactive, hands-on approach with a strong sense of ownership
  • Positive mindset, openness and willingness to continuously grow and explore new possibilities.
