is looking for a candidate for the position of:

HR Business Partner

Location: Warsaw

ENGIE is a global leader in the energy transition. We currently search for an experienced HR Business Partner, dedicated to one of our core businesses: technical support and maintenance services for data centers and IT environments. This part of the business assures that critical infrastructure – such as public institutions, hospitals and server rooms – operates 24/7 without disturbances. Sounds easy? We need over 250 highly skilled professionals to keep it running.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as a trusted HR business partner for managers and employees across the business.
  • Be the key link between business needs and people management.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations to improve smooth and effective processes.
  • Coach, support and strengthen managers when needed.
  • Act as a trusted partner to employees.
  • Support employee relations matters in line with labor law and company policies.
  • Proactively propose solutions to avoid future challenges.
  • As a part of the ONE ENGIE concept, help implement habits and routines that bridge people processes with the business.
  • Participate in local and global HR projects.

Requirements:

  • 3–4+ years of experience in an HRBP or HR Manager role within multinational or matrixed organizations, ideally in an engineering company.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field; post-graduate studies are a plus: you know what good looks like.
  • Solid knowledge of HR processes with expertise in HR analytics and data-driven decision-making: you are confident in your ability to read and interpret data and draw meaningful conclusions.
  • Expertise in at least two of: employee experience, workforce planning, leadership development, and organizational development: you know that very often the win-win is there, you just need to search for it.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and change leadership skills: you can collaborate effectively and build trust with your stakeholders.
  • Can-do attitude: you are the person who always asks — ok, so we can approach this from several angles…
  • Fluent Polish.
  • Fluent English (working proficiency): yes, you will collaborate extensively with our foreign COEs on a regular basis.
  • A big plus: experience supporting mergers and acquisitions with a focus on unifying culture and processes: you know how to build engagement over values, visions and ideas.
  • Ability and willingness to travel (15%).

We offer:

  • A role that allows real influence.
  • Growth in an international company: a blooming energy industry and expertise shared by colleagues from several European countries.
  • An HR environment aware that data, tools and AI matter: we are constantly investing in both systems and our employees' skills.
  • Benefits (medical care, sports card, insurance).
  • Hybrid work and flexible working hours.
  • Training opportunities and professional development.
  • Participation in transformation and automation initiatives.
  • An inclusive and value-driven work environment.
