ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

  • HR Support and Guidance: Provide HR support and guidance to employees, supervisors, and managers across assigned locations on HR policies, procedures, and programs. Collaborate with business, functional, and/or plant leadership on employee development, retention, performance management, career development, and succession planning.
  • Employee Relations: Manage employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions. Respond to employee concerns and provide guidance to supervisors and managers on coaching and counseling employees, and address employee issues, including attendance, leaves of absence, accommodations.
  • Talent Acquisition: Oversee talent acquisition processes, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee development. Serve as a key partner with plant management and supervisors to ensure teams are operating at desired staffing levels, taking into consideration employee retention and turnovers.
  • Departmental Initiatives: Support departmental initiatives to grow, develop, and maintain a safe and productive environment. Identify and lead implementation of measures to increase employee morale, motivation, and satisfaction, while reducing turnover.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations for assigned locations.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends, develop insights, and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Required Degree: Bachelor's Degree HR, Business, or related field; OR an equivalent combination of education, training, experience, and certifications sufficient to achieve position expectations required. (or local country equivalent education)
  • 2-4 years Job family related Required

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

  • Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at various levels of the organization.
  • Apply specialized knowledge to solve occasionally complex HR challenges.
  • Analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Apply employment laws and regulations to HR practices.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
  • Understanding of how Panduit is structured.
