How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

As an HRBP you will play a dual strategic role within our Global Business Services (GBS). Your mission will be to ensure operational effectiveness through solid HR policies, while simultaneously leading the communication and culture strategy, ensuring that our multicultural community remains connected and engaged.

1. Strategic HR Business Partner (HRBP)

  • Act as a strategic partner to GBS Stream Leads and Team Leaders, supporting workforce planning, talent retention, and organizational development.

  • Facilitate performance management cycles, talent calibration, Individual Development Plans, and succession planning within a high-performance environment driven by SLAs and KPIs.

  • Monitor and analyze critical center HR metrics (turnover, absenteeism, and NPS) and design swift action plans to mitigate operational risks.

  • Support labor relations management and the welcoming of employees from diverse nationalities (relocation process).

2. Multicultural Internal Communication Strategy

  • Develop the Europe GBS Internal Communication plan, aligning the organization's global guidelines with regional realities and needs.

  • Lead Change Management communication, facilitating process transitions and migrations to ensure the stability of the organizational climate.

  • Manage the center's digital communication channels and organize regional corporate events (e.g., Town Halls, GBS All-Hands).

  • Ensure an inclusive tone of voice, actively promoting Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I) initiatives within the Business Center.

3. Local Employer Branding

  • Drive a culture of excellence through recognition campaigns that value innovation and operational efficiency.

  • Strengthen local Employer Branding, positioning the GBS as an employer of choice.

Are you a MATCH?

  • Experience: A minimum of 8 years of previous experience as an HRBP or HR Generalist, mandatory within a Shared Services (GBS), BPO, or International Business Center environment.

  • Languages: Fluent English (eliminatory factor). Proficiency in other European languages will be considered a strong asset.

  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to interact and build relationships of trust with professionals from different nationalities and cultural backgrounds.

  • Adaptability: Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment undergoing constant transformation.

  • Influence: Strong ability to influence senior stakeholders and deliver presentations to large audiences.
