As the leading supplier of farm-fresh eggs and egg products, our mission is to continue setting the standard in the industry by valuing our people and equipping them with the skills to deliver top-quality products and service. With egg-citing growth and expansion on the horizon, now’s a great time to join us and be part of our continued success!

About the role

This newly created role will see you partner closely with leaders across Pace Farm to deliver practical, end-to-end people support across multiple regional, blue-collar sites. With a strong focus on employee relations, performance management, investigations, grievances, coaching and team development, the P&C Business Partner plays a key role in strengthening culture, lifting capability and supporting change initiatives. Based at either Griffith NSW or Euroa VIC, the role involves regular travel across rural regions and operates with a high level of trust, autonomy and support from a coaching-focused leader.

What you’ll do

  • Partner with leaders to coach, mentor, and build high-performing teams and a positive, values-led culture.
  • Deliver HR support across employee relations, remuneration and benefits, workforce planning, succession planning, HRIS, superannuation, and learning and development.
  • Provide guidance on HR processes, including performance reviews, and support line managers in practical, hands-on ways.
  • Prepare, analyse, and report HR metrics, providing insights and recommendations to drive business performance.
  • Monitor legislative and industrial relations changes and implement updates to policies and practices as required.
  • Facilitate training and capability-building sessions to support change and continuous improvement.
  • Lead and support HR projects that enhance team performance, succession planning, and business culture.
  • Manage complex employee matters, including EBA negotiations, workplace disputes, terminations, and unfair dismissal processes.
  • Ensure compliance with WHS requirements and maintain high standards of HR process, data accuracy, and professionalism.

You’ve built your career on strong HR foundations through formal qualifications and hands-on experience, and you enjoy rolling up your sleeves, connecting with all kinds of personalities, and spending time on site, chook sheds included. You back your judgement, work with ownership and confidence, and partner with leaders through a coaching mindset to lift performance and culture, knowing when to lean on support to achieve the best outcomes.
