We’re looking for an experienced HRBP who can run hard, partner confidently with operational leaders, and navigate complex employee relations with sound judgement and commercial awareness.

The Role
Reporting to the HR Manager ANZ, but embedded within the Essentials BU, you’ll partner directly with the CEO and leadership team to:
You will support a diverse workforce across our holiday parks, where the operating environment can be complex and at times challenging. The role involves managing a high volume of employee relations matters, including sensitive and complex issues, requiring resilience, sound judgement, and a hands-on approach.
