THE TEAM

The APAC HR team is a collaborative, peopledriven partner to the business, focused on delivering an exceptional employee experience across diverse markets in the region. We work closely with leaders and global HR partners to strengthen organizational capability, support talent growth, and drive a consistent, inclusive culture grounded in Ticketmaster’s core values. THE JOB

The HRBP – APAC serves as a key operational and administrative partner to managers and employees, delivering dependable support across workforce planning, talent processes, performance management cycles, and employee relations matters within assigned markets. In this role, you help operationalize and execute regional HR programs, translatepeopledata into actionable insights, and collaborate closely with the HR Manager to ensure consistency and effectiveness of HR practices across APAC.

This position plays a critical role in strengthening the employee experience, informing highimpact people decisions, and enabling organizational changewhile upholding strong operational discipline, process efficiency, and administrative accuracy that drive measurable value for the business.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

People Partnering

  • Act as a first point of contact for managers and employees on HR policies, processes, and general inquiries.

  • Build relationships with business teams to understand their needs and escalate complex matters to the HR Manager – APAC whenrequired

  • Participate in key business discussions to stay informed about team changes, performance needs, and workforce planning.

  • Translating business strategy intopeopleplans.

  • Influence decision making and coach managers whereappropriate

  • Use data to interpret HR employee engagement,attritionand other key HR statistics for businessleaders.

Employee Relations & Compliance

  • Support managers with routine employee relations mattersand processes.

  • Help gather information for investigations and ensure documentation is properlymaintained

  • Stay aware of local labor requirements and highlight marketspecific concerns

  • Compliance audit and governance reporting.

Performance & Development

  • Assistwith the rollout of performance cycles and ensure employees and managers complete required steps.

  • Coordinate learning and development programs in partnership with regional L&D.

  • Helpidentifydevelopment needs based on manager feedback and performance outcomes.

  • Talent mapping and succession exposure including org structure planning asrequired

HR Operationsand Recruitment

  • Support to process employee lifecycle changes (e.g., promotions, transfers, exits) accurately and on time.

  • Support talent acquisition and partner with hiring managers on scoping requirements for the position.Whereapplicableprovide backup support to recruitment team.

  • Maintain employee datainWorkday andpayroll whilstsupportregional reporting and audit requirements.

  • Coordinate payroll inputs andemployeebenefits updates for assigned markets while protecting sensitive information.

Compensation & Benefits Support

  • Assistwith annual salary reviews, bonus cycles, and job evaluations by preparing data and reviewing accuracy.

Projects & Regional Initiatives

  • Support with regional projects such as policy reviews, engagement plans, or organizational changes.

  • Design and drive engagement initiatives to improve culture within the company.

  • Contribute to process improvement efforts to strengthen HR service delivery.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW (or TECHNICAL SKILLS)

• Talent & Development Support-Supports hiring, learning programs, and talent discussions under the guidance of the HR team.

• Integrity, Ownership & Execution-Handles confidential matters with discretion,operateswith independence, and manages multiple priorities with disciplined followthrough and accuracy.

• Communication & Collaboration-Communicates clearly in writing and verbally. Facilitates smallgroup discussions when needed and collaborates effectively across countries, time zones, and HR functions.

Administration & Operations -Manages administrative and operational tasks across multiple APAC markets, adapting processes to local nuances while ensuring regional& globalconsistencyof all initiatives

YOU (BEHAVIOURAL SKILLS)

Required:

  • Fluent in English, Mandarin preferred.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical HR experience.

  • Experience with HRIS& AItools

  • Experience working withpeopledata and translating insights into action.

  • Understanding of cultural differences and working across diverse APAC markets.

  • Good understanding of employment legislation, ER basics, performance management, compensation fundamentals, and benefits processes.

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problemsolving capabilities.

  • Able to work independently in a fastpaced, multicountry environment.

  • High integrity and professionalism in handling sensitive matters.

Preferred:

  • Previousexperience in the e-commerce and/or technology industry.

  • HR Generalist experience
