The HR Business Partner is a trusted advisor and strategic partner to managers and leadership across the Glion and Bulle campuses. Acting as a key member of the Leadership Team, he/she drives people strategies across employee relations, talent management, performance, organisational development and change management, ensuring alignment with business objectives.The role promotes a high-performance, inclusive and engaging workplace culture by supporting leaders, enhancing the employee experience and leading key people initiatives. Combining strong HR expertise with a solid understanding of employment law, the HR Business Partner provides guidance on complex workforce matters, drives organisational effectiveness and champions Glion's values and people agenda.Responsibilities: Lead and support the HR team and operations, ensuring consistency, quality and compliance across HR processes, documentation and initiativesPartner with leaders and employees to provide trusted HR, people and leadership expertise, advice and supportActively support organisational changes, restructurings and change management projects, providing HR expertise, guidance and practical solutionsEnsure compliance with employment legislation, internal policies and HR best practicesSupport a high-performance culture through performance management processes, talent development and succession planningContribute to compensation, benefits, annual salary reviews, bonus processes and workforce planning activitiesOversee the recruitment and onboarding processes, from workforce planning and recruitment through to successful employee integration, in collaboration with the HR OfficersAdvise and coach managers on employee relations matters, including performance management, conduct, grievances and disciplinary processesIdentify learning and development needs, coordinate training initiatives and contribute to the management of associated budgetsSupport employee engagement, wellbeing and culture initiatives, contributing to an inclusive, positive and engaging work environmentMonitor HR metrics and provide insights and recommendations to support organisational effectiveness, cost efficiency and people performanceLead and contribute to HR initiatives and projects for the brand, promoting a strong culture, effective leadership and HR excellenceProfile and experiences: Tertiary education qualificationBrevet RH requested5/7 years experience within an HR Management or Business Partner roleDemonstrable track record within an international complex organization. Experience in hospitality a plusExperience of effective challenging and influencing at senior manager levelExperience of managing significant organizational changesExtremely high command of English and French language essential, both verbal and writtenIT and numeracy skills; with advanced MS Excel and Powerpoint skills requiredAbility to analyse, interpret and explain the legal framework regulating employment.
