Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and support comprehensive HR programs and interventions that drive talent engagement and organizational effectiveness.
• Unify the Strategic Account HR framework to establish a cohesive and differentiated employee experience, reflecting both global standards and local nuances.
• Develop and communicate a compelling talent value proposition that strengthens the sector’s capacity for accelerated business growth and talent retention.
• Partner proactively with sales teams and external clients to embed a business-first mindset within HR strategy, ensuring HR solutions fully support business objectives.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, performance management, and employee relations.
• Leverage data-driven insights to identify trends, anticipate challenges, and recommend proactive solutions enhancing workforce capability and satisfaction.

Qualifictaion-

• Master’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields from a reputed institution.
• Experience- 7-10 years
• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar strategic HR role within the technology or engineering sector.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills, with the ability to interpret workforce metrics, attrition trends, hiring analytics, engagement insights
• Expertise in HR processes and policies.
• Ability to influence and partner effectively with senior business leaders, engineering managers, and technical leadership teams
• Passion for driving business impact through people interventions
