We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to partner closely with business leaders and drive people strategies that support organizational objectives. In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to designated client groups, helping translate business priorities into talent solutions while fostering a culture of compliance, continuous improvement, and employee engagement.

You will play a key role in talent acquisition, labor relations, employee development, performance management, workforce planning, and change management initiatives that enable long-term business success.

What You Will Do

  • Partner with business leaders to understand strategic priorities and develop HR solutions that support business objectives.
  • Provide HR consultation and recommendations to improve employee engagement, retention, organizational effectiveness, and workforce capability.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, labor regulations, and statutory requirements while promoting a fair, safe, and engaging work environment.
  • Experience coordinating and leading HR projects
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to support workforce planning and attract, hire, and onboard high-quality talent.
  • Facilitate employee development initiatives, talent reviews and capability-building activities.
  • Support performance management processes and guide leaders in maximizing employee contribution and development.
  • Partner with leaders through organizational changes, restructures, workforce transformations, and talent optimization initiatives.
  • Manage complex employee relations matters, labor issues, investigations, performance improvement plans, and separation processes.
  • Support employee communications and help strengthen understanding of HR programs, policies, and business initiatives.
  • Build strong partnerships across HR functions and other business teams to develop solutions that create value for the organization.
  • Champion company culture and serve as a proactive steward of Principle Based Management™.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and support initiatives related to quality, safety, compliance, and operational excellence.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Labor Relations, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Experience as an HR Generalist, HR Business Partner, or similar HR leadership role within a multinational organization.
  • Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal).
  • Strong knowledge of Mexican labor law, employee relations, and HR best practices.
  • Strong communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Proficiency with SAP, Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple initiatives, adapt to change, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated business acumen and commitment to continuous improvement.

What Will Put You Ahead

  • Experience as an HR Business Partner supporting automotive and/or electronics manufacturing operations.
  • Master’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
  • Experience leading organizational change, workforce transformation, or restructuring initiatives.
  • Experience with talent review, succession planning, and leadership development processes.
  • Knowledge of structured problem-solving methodologies such as Root Cause Analysis, 5 Whys, 8D, DMAIC, or Pareto Analysis.
  • Experience partnering with leaders to develop high-performing teams and enhance organizational capability.
