What you’ll do

The HR Business Partner partners with business leaders to drive organisational effectiveness, talent outcomes, and leadership capability, ensuring the people strategy directly supports business performance and growth.

Strategic Business Partnering

Partner with leaders to align people strategy to business objectives

Support workforce planning, organisational structure, and capability requirements

Provide insight on people-related risks and opportunities

Employee Relations & Case Management

Manage and advise on employee relations matters, including:

Performance management

Conduct issues

Investigations and grievances

Ensure fair, consistent, and compliant practices

Organisational Design & Workforce Planning

Support org design and restructuring initiatives

Support workforce planning aligned to growth

Talent Acquisition, Management & Learning

Support Talent Acquisition process with the TAC shared services team

Drive talent reviews, succession planning, and development actions

Support implementation of learning and development initiatives

Coach leaders on capability and performance improvement

Compensation & Performance Management

Support execution of:

Salary reviews

Incentive programs

Performance cycles

Ensure alignment between performance and reward

Change & Transformation Enablement

Support and Contribute to delivery of transformation initiatives

Drive adoption of new processes, systems, and ways of working

Culture & Engagement

Embed a high-performance, accountable culture

Support engagement initiatives and action planning"

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in relevant field

5+ years HR experience in business partnering roles

Strong experience in talent management and leadership coaching

Some experience in organisational capability building

HR strategy and organisational effectiveness

Talent management and leadership development

Change management

Strong in performance management and employee relations "

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, Good business acumen, strong organisation skills, strong problem solving and process orientation, good influencing skills
