LaunchPad Home Group is a family of home services and home inspection brands, and as we keep growing, we need an HR Business Partner who can be a real thought partner to the leaders across those brands, not just someone who handles paperwork and policy questions.

The HRBP Role reports straight to the CHRO and works closely with brand leadership to support the people side of the business day to day. You'll be the go-to for everything from employee relations and performance management to org design and workforce planning. If you like variety and don't want to be boxed into one narrow lane of HR, this is a good fit.

We're looking for someone who can move comfortably between the strategic conversations and the practical, on-the-ground work. Some days that means sitting in on a leadership meeting to talk through a reorg. Other days it means walking a manager through a tough conversation with an employee. Both matter here.

What You'll Be Doing

• Acting as a trusted advisor to leaders across multiple LaunchPad brands on employee relations, performance management, and day-to-day people issues
• Partnering with brand leadership on org structure, workforce planning, and how to build teams that can scale with the business
• Coaching managers through difficult conversations, performance concerns, and conflict resolution, so they feel equipped rather than just told what to do
• Working with the CHRO and broader HR team to roll out company-wide programs and initiatives in a way that actually fits each brand's culture and needs
• Keeping an eye on trends and pain points across the brands you support, and speaking up when something needs attention before it becomes a bigger problem
• Supporting talent development and retention efforts, including identifying growth opportunities and helping managers develop their people
• Making sure HR practices stay consistent with company policy and applicable employment law, without losing the flexibility each brand needs
• Helping manage sensitive situations like investigations, terminations, and leave-related questions with good judgment and discretion

What You Bring

• 5 or more years of experience in an HR generalist or HRBP role, ideally supporting multiple business units, locations, or brands
• Solid working knowledge of employment law, HR best practices, and how to apply both without getting stuck in red tape
• Real experience coaching managers and handling employee relations issues, not just reading about how to do it
• The ability to build trust quickly with leaders at different levels, from frontline managers to senior executives
• Strong judgment and discretion, especially when things get sensitive or complicated
• Comfort working in a fast-moving, growing company where priorities can shift and no two days look the same
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred; HR certification (SHRM-CP, PHR, or similar) is a plus
