Job Title: HR Business Partner

Location: Abilene, TX

Salary: $120,000–$130,000/year

Bonus: 15% annual bonus

Relocation: Available

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced **HR Business Partner** to support employees and plant leadership in a manufacturing environment. This role will serve as a strategic HR partner while also managing day-to-day HR activities including employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, retention, and talent development.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with plant leaders and employees on HR-related matters.
• Support recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and employee retention initiatives.
• Lead HR projects and process improvement initiatives from start to finish.
• Mentor and support junior HR team members.
• Analyze HR processes and identify opportunities for improvement and automation.
• Develop and improve HR procedures and SOPs.
• Build strong relationships with employees, leadership, and other stakeholders.
• Support strategic HR planning and implementation.
• Monitor HR metrics and use data to improve processes and employee outcomes.
• Handle multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.

Must-Have Qualifications

• Experience in a **Generalist HR / HR Business Partner** role.
• Manufacturing or plant environment experience.
• Experience supporting **plant leaders and employees**.
• Strong experience with **recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and retention**.
• Experience with HR process improvement and project leadership.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work **onsite in Abilene, TX**.
