About the Role

The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) provides strategic and operational HR support for our USP, Marketing, and VES teams. Serving as a trusted advisor to both associates and leaders, the HRBP drives initiatives across talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, organizational development, succession planning, and associate engagement.

This role is ideal for a collaborative HR professional who enjoys balancing day-to-day HR partnership with long-term talent strategies in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

In This Role, a Typical Day Will Look Like:

  • Serve as a trusted HR partner and primary point of contact for managers and associates.
  • Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, career development, employee engagement, and HR policies.
  • Lead and support talent acquisition activities, including workforce planning, recruitment strategies, and candidate selection.
  • Partner with business leaders on organizational design, succession planning, and talent assessment processes.
  • Identify high-potential talent and collaborate with Talent Management to create development plans and growth opportunities.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding activities for both onsite and remote associates.
  • Drive associate engagement initiatives, including engagement surveys, development programs, and retention efforts.
  • Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Lead cross-functional HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Utilize Danaher Business System (DBS) tools and continuous improvement methodologies to streamline HR processes and enhance associate experiences.

The Essential Requirements of the Job Include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, including HR business partnering experience.
  • Strong knowledge of employee relations, performance management, talent acquisition, and organizational development.
  • Experience partnering with leaders in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, coaching, and influencing skills.
  • Working knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Experience leading projects and driving process improvement initiatives.

It Would Be a Plus If You Also Possess

  • Experience supporting manufacturing, commercial, or corporate functions.
  • Experience with succession planning and talent management programs.
  • Familiarity with HRIS platforms and reporting tools.
  • Experience leveraging continuous improvement methodologies such as DBS, Lean, or similar frameworks.

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An associate’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.

The compensation range for this role is $85,000 - $110,000 USD per year.

We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.
