【このポジションはどんな仕事？】

現場の労務・総務からグローバル人材管理、人事制度の設計・運用までを一気通貫で担っていただくポジションです。

【仕事内容】

◎ 人事制度・企画・運用

• 各工場における人事諸制度の運用、および適法・適切かつ実効性のある制度の設計・改善
• 評価制度・等級制度・報酬制度の運用、高度化、および評価取り纏め
• 人事データ分析を通じた制度改善提案
• 就業規則の改定

◎ 要員計画・人件費管理・配置

• 生産計画変動に即応する人員（要員）計画の策定
• 適材適所の配置立案、異動企画、および入社者（新規、グループ内異動）の受入サポート
• 人件費の予算・決算管理および予実分析

◎ 労務管理・コンプライアンス・労使関係

• 労働環境整備等の労務管理（労働時間、勤怠管理等）および労務コンプライアンスの徹底
• メンタルヘルス、ハラスメント、労務トラブルへの対応設計・解決策の立案および実行
• 社員相談対応
• 労働組合窓口、提案企画、労使協議会の運営、議事録作成（労使関係の構築・強化）

◎ 多様な雇用形態の人事マネジメント（グローバル連携）

• 技能実習生、海外インターン、派遣社員、業務委託者など多様な雇用形態の管理・適切な人事対応設計
• Visa関連対応（海外人材の受入れ）
• 採用業務（海外グループ人事と連携した施策実行）

◎ 人材育成・評価運用支援

• 階層別教育・工場教育の企画および実行
• 評価キャンペーンの運用支援およびタレント開発施策の展開
• 現場管理職への人事コーチング

Valeo Japan is the Japanese subsidiary of Valeo Group, a French-headquartered global automotive supplier. With multiple R&D and manufacturing sites across Japan, the company designs, develops, and manufactures products that support next-generation mobility, including electrification, ADAS, and lighting.

【Divisions and Products】

◎ Valeo Japan consists of four divisions:

　１）Power Division: Designs, develops, and manufactures products and solutions for thermal management, comfort, and electric powertrains to accelerate electrification.

　２）Brain Division: Designs, develops, and manufactures products and solutions to accelerate ADAS and reinvent the interior experience.

　３）Light Division: Designs, develops, and manufactures products and solutions for "Lighting Everywhere."

　４）Valeo Service Division: Handles aftermarket services for all products from divisions 1 to 3.

【What is this position?】

In this role, you will handle everything from on-site labor relations and general affairs to global talent management and HR system design and operations, managing the entire process end-to-end.

【Job Description】

◎ HR System Planning & Operations

• Operating various HR systems at each plant, as well as designing and improving compliant, appropriate, and effective systems.
• Operating and upgrading evaluation, grading, and compensation systems, and consolidating performance evaluations.
• Proposing system improvements through HR data analysis.
• Revising work regulations (rules of employment).

◎ Headcount Planning, Labor Cost Management, & Allocation

• Formulating headcount plans that respond immediately to changes in production plans.
• Designing optimal talent allocation, planning transfers, and supporting the onboarding of new hires and group transfers.
• Managing labor cost budgeting and settlement, as well as analyzing budget-to-actual variances.

◎ Labor Relations, Compliance, & Labor-Management Relations

• Managing labor conditions (working hours, attendance, etc.) and ensuring strict labor compliance.
• Designing and executing responses and solutions for mental health, harassment, and labor disputes.
• Handling employee consultations.
• Serving as the point of contact for the labor union, proposing initiatives, running labor-management councils, and writing meeting minutes to build and strengthen labor-management relations.

◎ HR Management for Diverse Employment Statuses (Global Collaboration)

• Managing diverse employment types-such as technical interns, overseas interns, temporary staff, and contractors-and designing appropriate HR responses.
• Handling visa-related processes for welcoming global talent.
• Managing recruitment activities in collaboration with global group HR.

◎ Talent Development & Evaluation Support

• Planning and executing training programs by rank and plant-specific training.
• Supporting the execution of evaluation campaigns and rolling out talent development initiatives.
• Providing HR coaching for on-site managers.

◎ Engagement, Well-being, & Operations Management

• Planning and executing "Quality of Life at Work" initiatives.
• Promoting improvement activities based on feedback gathered from employees.
• Managing attendance and payroll-related information.
• Handling various audits (IATF, V5000, etc.) and promoting activities related to V5000 and 5 Axes.
• Formulating and managing the execution of IP Action Plans.

◎ General Affairs

• Managing health checkups, stress checks, and fire extinguishing equipment inspections.
• Managing parking lots, the cafeteria, break rooms, lockers, and ID badges.
• Planning and executing events, such as AED/first-aid training and health insurance-related events.

【必須（MUST）】

• 5 to 7+ years of hands-on HR experience at a manufacturing plant
• Japanese: Native level
• English: Conversational level or higher (with a continuous willingness to improve)

• Certified Health Supervisor license holder (衛生管理者)
• Ability to communicate smoothly with shop floor workers (direct labor)
• Work experience in a foreign-affiliated company or overseas
• Work experience in the manufacturing industry (automotive, electrical appliances, etc.)
