We are seeking a strategic and collaborative HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our Human Resources team. In this role, you will work closely with business leaders to align people strategies with organizational priorities while helping foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace culture.

The ideal candidate is an experienced HR professional who combines strong business acumen with a people-first mindset. You will serve as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees, providing guidance across workforce planning, talent management, employee relations, performance management, organizational development, and change initiatives.

What You’ll Do

  • Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that support organizational goals and business priorities.

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders on people-related matters, organizational effectiveness, and workforce needs.

  • Provide guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, and change management initiatives.

  • Advise and coach managers on employee relations matters, performance management, conflict resolution, and leadership effectiveness.

  • Partner with Talent Acquisition to support workforce planning and help attract, hire, and retain top talent.

  • Support performance management processes, including goal setting, employee development, coaching, and performance improvement.

  • Drive employee engagement initiatives that strengthen culture, communication, and the overall employee experience.

  • Support career development, succession planning, and leadership development programs.

  • Facilitate employee training, professional development, and leadership-development initiatives.

  • Analyze HR metrics, workforce trends, and employee data to identify opportunities and recommend practical business solutions.

  • Ensure HR practices and policies remain compliant with applicable federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.

  • Build strong relationships with employees and leadership to encourage open communication, trust, and collaboration.

  • Support organizational change initiatives and help leaders effectively communicate and implement changes.

  • Champion diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging initiatives across the organization.

  • Participate in HR projects, process improvements, and broader people initiatives that enhance organizational effectiveness and the employee experience.

  • Maintain appropriate confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive employee and business matters.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

What We’re Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of progressive Human Resources experience.

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist role

  • Strong working knowledge of employment laws, HR practices, and employee-relations principles.

  • Demonstrated experience advising and coaching managers and business leaders.

  • Strong understanding of workforce planning, performance management, employee engagement, and organizational development.

  • Proven ability to build trusted relationships and influence decision-making across multiple organizational levels.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.

  • Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.

  • Experience working with HRIS systems, reporting tools, and HR analytics

  • Ability to interpret HR data and trends and translate findings into practical recommendations.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and changing environment.

  • Strong judgment and ability to appropriately handle confidential and sensitive information.

  • Ability to work collaboratively across HR and business functions.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.

  • Professional HR certification such as:

    • SHRM-CP

    • SHRM-SCP

    • PHR

    • SPHR

  • Experience supporting organizational growth, transformation, restructuring, or change-management initiatives.

  • Experience developing and delivering employee engagement programs.

  • Experience supporting leadership-development or succession-planning programs.

  • Experience working in a multi-site, matrixed, manufacturing, technology, or global organization.

  • Experience partnering with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
