• Partner with plant leaders to drive organizational effectiveness and business performance.

• Provide data-driven insights and recommendations on workforce planning, productivity, talent, and employee engagement.

• Coach leaders on performance management, feedback culture, and leadership effectiveness.

• Lead workforce and succession planning to ensure business continuity and future capability.

• Identify and develop high-potential talent while driving internal mobility opportunities.

• Monitor key HR metrics and implement improvement actions.

• Drive HR initiatives that support organizational transformation, capability building, and sustainable business growth.

• You will work closely with operation team across our Rayong & Saraburi Plants.

• To be a Business Partner with our plant leadership teams across Saraburi and Rayong. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong business acumen, execution excellence, and a passion for organizational transformation.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Organizational Development, or related fields.

• Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in manufacturing, industrial, or operational environments.

• Strong business acumen and ability to connect people strategies with business outcomes.

• Experience supporting organizational change, workforce optimization, or transformation initiatives.

• Strong coaching, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience in talent management, workforce planning, succession planning, and leadership development.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Able to work effectively across multiple locations and stakeholders.

• Very good in English both written and speaking

• Willingness to travel regularly between Saraburi and Rayong plants.
