Job Description

• Act as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to department heads on all HR-related matters.
• Drive core HR processes including performance management, talent development, and succession planning.
• Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues effectively.
• Collaborate with the broader HR team to streamline workflows and implement best practices using our core tools.
• Support change management initiatives and foster a high-performance, inclusive culture across our distributed European offices.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner, ideally within the financial services, fintech, or IT sectors.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and guide business leaders.
• Solid understanding of HR principles and employee relations (exposure to EU labor laws is a strong advantage).
• Fluent English (both spoken and written).
• Results-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Experience with modern HR and productivity tech stacks (familiarity with Workable, BambooHR, and ClickUp is highly desirable).
