Your impact at NN: what you’ll do

In this role, you partner with leaders across Technology, Digital, Data, AI and Transformation areas to help them achieve business goals through effective people strategies. You connect business priorities with HR solutions, support organizational change, and help attract, develop and retain critical technology talent. Your work directly contributes to building an agile, future-ready organization that embraces innovation and continuous transformation.

Key responsibilities:

• Partner with managers and senior leaders to translate business priorities into effective people strategies.
• Drive key HR initiatives, including talent management, workforce planning, employee development and the people cycle.
• Support organizational transformations, change management initiatives and evolving operating models.
• Advise leaders on organizational design, workforce composition, succession planning and talent retention strategies.
• Leverage HR insights and market trends, including developments in AI and digital transformation, to support business decision-making.

Who you’ll work with

You will join a team of 4 HR Business Partners in HQ working closely with business leaders and HR Centres of Expertise. The team combines strong business understanding with a collaborative and supportive approach. Together, we help shape organizational effectiveness, leadership capability and employee experience across NN while supporting business transformation and growth.

Who you are

• You have at least 5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner and successfully operate in complex business environments.
• You have experience partnering with Technology, Digital, Data, AI or related business functions and understand the challenges of technology talent markets.
• You effectively collaborate with managers and senior leaders, acting as a trusted advisor and business partner.
• You have experience supporting organizational transformations and change management initiatives, and you understand the impact of emerging technologies and AI on organizations and the workforce.
• You have a strong understanding of labour law and employment practices, are familiar with both permanent and B2B contractor models, and communicate confidently in English in an international environment.
