- Are based in the Netherlands (Utrecht area) and can commute to our office in Utrecht 2-3 times per week, and 1 time per month to our Enschede office.
- Have at least 5 years of experience in an HR Advisory or Generalist role, ideally within an international organization supporting multiple countries, and a minimum of 2 years of experience as an HR Business Partner.
About the role
As an HR Business Partner at Bizzdesign, you will play a key role in partnering with leaders and employees across our global organization, helping to drive performance, engagement, and organizational success.
Reporting to the Manager HR Business Partner, you will partner closely with leaders and employees across multiple countries, helping to drive engagement, performance, and organizational effectiveness.
Joining our international HR team means working in a dynamic environment where you are given both the autonomy to own your region and the support of a collaborative global team. With colleagues located across 19 countries, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on both local and global HR initiatives.
What will you do
- Acting as a trusted HR partner for a portfolio of countries across different regions. Initially, your focus will be on the Netherlands, United Kingdom, and Singapore, with opportunities to expand your international scope over time.
- Advising and coaching managers on people-related topics, including employee relations, team effectiveness, performance, engagement, and organizational change.
- Supporting leaders and teams through periods of growth, transformation, and change, helping to create high-performing and engaged teams.
- Serving as the primary point of contact for employees and managers on all HR matters, ensuring a positive employee experience while maintaining compliance with local legislation and company policies.
- Managing the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, internal mobility, offboarding, contracts, benefits administration, absence management, and payroll preparation.
- Using HR insights and data to support decision-making, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Contributing to the development and optimization of global HR processes, policies, and programs.
- Taking ownership of strategic and operational HR projects, including initiatives focused on HR technology, process improvement, leadership support, and organizational effectiveness. Some concrete examples include updating the employee handbook, harmonizing benefits, creating and updating global and/or local policies based on needs, and supporting the new HRIS implementation.
What we are looking for
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in an HR advisory or Generalist role, ideally within an international organization supporting multiple countries.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience as an HR Business Partner
- Experience partnering with managers on a broad range of employee and organizational topics.

Experience working with a Works Council and a solid understanding of employment relations.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.

Experience working with HR systems; familiarity with BambooHR is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SharePoint.
- A collaborative, approachable, and trustworthy personality with high integrity and a genuine passion for people.

Fluency in both Dutch (native level) and English, written and spoken.
- Availability to work from our Utrecht office 2-3 days per week and travel to our Enschede office approximately once per month

The final offer will be positioned fairly within the salary range based on your experience, skills, impact, and scope of responsibilities. For the Netherlands, the amount listed includes holiday allowance.
Recruitment process
In this role, you can expect the following interview process:
- 1st interview with our Recruitment Manager (45 minutes online).
- 2nd interview with our HRBP Manager (1 hour online).
- 3rd interview with our HRBP DE (45 minutes online).
- 4th interview with our Chief Human Resources Officer (1 hour online).
