We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join our fast-paced and collaborative team, supporting a large, predominantly frontline workforce. Partnering closely with leaders across the business, you'll provide practical, commercially focused HR solutions that drive performance, engagement, workforce planning, compliance and HR change projects.

You'll play a key role in supporting leaders through employee relations matters, change initiatives and people-focused programs, while helping to create a positive and high-performing workplace culture. In addition, you'll provide day-to-day leadership, coaching and development to a HR Advisor, contributing to the ongoing growth and capability of the HR team.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Act as the primary HR partner for leaders of large frontline teams, providing expert advice on performance, employee relations, grievances and complex case management.
  • Support employee engagement and organisational effectiveness through strong on-site presence, leader coaching & development, effective communication and practical people solutions.
  • Lead remuneration and benefits activities, including benchmarking, performance reviews, incentive programs and recognition initiatives.
  • Ensure HR governance and compliance across policy application including ER documentation, parental leave.
  • Support talent and workforce planning through succession planning, identification of high-potential talent and partnering leaders with associated actions.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven HR Business Partner or Senior HR Advisor experience supporting employees in frontline or operational environments.
  • Experience leading, coaching and developing business leaders and HR team members, with the ability to build capability and drive high-quality HR service delivery.
  • Experience working with contact centre, retail, manufacturing, logistics, industrial or similarly structured workforces where volume, pace and compliance are critical.
  • Strong employee relations background, with practical expertise in employment legislation, Awards, dispute resolution, performance management and complex case management.
  • Comfortable operating in a hands-on, high-volume environment, balancing competing priorities and providing clear, pragmatic advice to leaders.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence leaders at multiple levels and build trusted partnerships in fast-moving, operational settings.
