As an HR Business Partner, you will serve as a strategic partner to employees and front-line leaders, aligning people strategies with business objectives to support operational success. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor, employee advocate, and change champion, helping to identify and address workforce needs while fostering an inclusive and high-performing workplace. Working closely with HR subject matter experts and plant leadership, you will implement practical, data-driven solutions that enhance employee engagement, support organizational goals, and drive business performance.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Analyze workforce trends, metrics, and key performance indicators to identify opportunities for improvement in retention, turnover, engagement, and overall organizational effectiveness, while leveraging data to support decision-making.

  • Partner with Learning and Development, HR subject matter experts, and business leaders to deliver programs, initiatives, and solutions that support employee growth, leadership effectiveness, and business performance.
  • Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation while maintaining knowledge of employment laws and regulatory requirements to help reduce risk, ensure compliance, and partner with HR leadership and legal resources as needed.
  • Support employee communications and workplace safety initiatives by participating in company and departmental meetings, collaborating with the Safety team on employee concerns, and contributing to accident reviews and safety committee activities as requested.

Who You Are:
You build strong partnerships and work collaboratively across functions to accomplish shared objectives. You communicate effectively with a variety of audiences, actively listening and adapting your approach to meet the needs of others. You readily adapt your approach and actions in response to changing circumstances while maintaining focus on desired outcomes. You value diverse perspectives, foster an inclusive and respectful environment, and consistently earn the confidence of others through honesty, integrity, and professionalism.

For This Role, You Will Need:

  • Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and take initiative when addressing business and employee needs.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Ability to influence, coach, and support leaders within a manufacturing environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to leverage data, metrics, and trends to support decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
