In this role, you will work closely with business leaders and employees to drive HR excellence across the employee lifecycle. Reporting directly to the Head of HR, ArcelorMittal International, you will combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution to deliver impactful people solutions that support business growth and employee engagement.

As a trusted HR partner, you will:

• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for a diverse range of positions.
• Partner with hiring managers to attract, assess, and secure top talent.
• Ensure accurate recruitment reporting and data management within HR systems.

• Create an exceptional onboarding experience for new hires.
• Support employees in understanding HR processes, policies, and mandatory training requirements.
• Help foster a welcoming, inclusive, and high-performance culture.

• Drive the annual performance management cycle and support meaningful development conversations.
• Coach managers and employees on performance, career growth, and development opportunities.
• Identify and support high-potential talent and succession planning initiatives.

• Assess organizational and individual development needs.
• Recommend and implement learning solutions that strengthen capabilities and leadership skills.
• Support the creation and follow-up of Individual Development Plans (IDPs).

• Contribute to employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives.
• Analyze engagement survey results and support action plans that enhance the employee experience.
• Promote a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

• Maintain HR data integrity and ensure compliance with global HR standards.
• Prepare monthly workforce reporting and monitor key HR metrics, including training and development indicators.
• Participate in and lead HR projects that support business transformation and organizational effectiveness.

• Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience within an international or multinational environment.
• Strong knowledge and practical experience in:

• Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

• Hands-on, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset.
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
