This is a varied role combining strategic and operational responsibilities, where you will partner with senior leadership to develop and implement HR initiatives that support organizational goals and foster a positive, high-performing workplace culture. You will oversee the full employee lifecycle, including workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, learning and development, and policy development, while ensuring compliance with employment legislation and HR best practices.
Acting as a trusted advisor to managers, you will provide expert guidance on people matters, drive employee engagement, maintain HR systems and reporting, and champion initiatives that attract, develop, and retain a capable and motivated workforce.
