HR Business Partner / HR Manager – Japan Account HR Lead
Location: Shibuya / Central Tokyo, Japan

Salary: JPY 7m - 11m total annual package, inclusive of base salary and two bonus components, depending on experience
Working Hours: 9:00am - 6:00pm
Language Requirement: Business-level Japanese and English
Probation: 3 months
About the Role
We are supporting the search for a hands-on HR Business Partner / HR Manager to support a major multinational client account in Japan.
This role sits within an operations-led service environment and supports a sizeable Japan-based workforce. The successful candidate will work closely with site leaders, business stakeholders, regional HR and the client-facing team to strengthen HR operations, support performance management, guide managers, resolve employee matters and bring stronger structure to the HR function.
This is not a purely administrative HR role. It requires someone senior enough to handle practical HR issues, coach managers, guide a junior HRBP, understand payroll and HR operations, review payroll variances, complete client-requested reports and support a high-standard operating environment.

本ポジションは、日本国内の大手多国籍企業向けアカウントを支える、実務型の人事ビジネスパートナー/人事マネージャーポジションです。
サービスオペレーションに近い環境で、現場責任者、事業側ステークホルダー、リージョナルHR、クライアント対応チームと連携しながら、人事オペレーションの強化、パフォーマンスマネジメント、マネージャーへのコーチング、従業員対応、レポーティング、HRプロセスの安定化を担っていただきます。
単なる人事事務のポジションではありません。実務に入り込み、マネージャーを支援し、ジュニアHRBPをガイドし、給与・勤怠・HRオペレーションを理解し、給与差異の確認やクライアント向けレポート作成にも対応できる、実践的かつ安定感のあるHR経験が求められます。
