As an HR Business Partner, you will serve as a strategic advisor and trusted partner to business leaders, aligning people strategies with business priorities. You will enable organizational effectiveness by supporting talent, culture, and leadership decisions while ensuring compliance with labor regulations and company policies.

Our Team

You will be part of a collaborative HR team supporting a dynamic business environment in Taiwan. The team partners closely with leaders and employees to foster a respectful, high-performance culture grounded in Principle-Based Management (PBM).

What You Will Do

  • Partner with business leaders to translate business objectives into effective people strategies that support growth and long-term value creation.
  • Provide thought leadership on talent acquisition, workforce planning, organizational design, and succession planning.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees by addressing workplace concerns and enabling a positive, respectful employee experience.
  • Champion and embed Principle-Based Management (PBM) principles across people processes and daily leadership practices.
  • Enable effective talent management through performance management, development planning, and retention strategies.
  • Support organizational change initiatives, including cultural transformation, restructuring, and clear, timely employee communications.
  • Help leaders navigate transitions and, when necessary, manage employee exits in a respectful, compliant manner.
  • Identify and mitigate HR-related risks by ensuring compliance with labor laws, regulations, and internal policies.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • Extensive progressive HR experience, including several years in an HR Business Partner or equivalent strategic HR role.
  • Solid knowledge of HR practices, employment law, and the local labor market.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence, coach, and build effective relationships across all organizational levels.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced, changing environment.

  • Strong strategic thinking and business acumen.
  • Ability to balance employee advocacy with organizational priorities.
  • Resilience and adaptability when leading and supporting change.
  • Experience in talent acquisition is highly desirable.
  • Experience partnering with direct labor populations and supporting recruitment activities.
  • Experience in data centers, connectors, or electronics manufacturing environments is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
