Your mission, roles and responsibilities

Le site de Brières les Scelés (sud 91) recherche un HRBP (H/F) pour renforcer son équipe RH

Son rôle consistera à déployer les politiques et outils RH du Groupe et à gérer une partie des salariés de l’établissement sur les sujets liés aux ressources humaines. Il interviendra en véritable partenaire des managers de son périmètre.
Ses missions principales seront :
1. Recrutement et Intégration
• Recueillir et analyser les besoins en recrutement avec les managers
• Piloter les processus de recrutement de A à Z (brief, sourcing, entretiens, négociation, réalisation contrat de travail)
• Participer à des actions de sourcing innovant (relations écoles, cooptation, événements)
• Organiser et suivre l’intégration des nouveaux collaborateurs (onboarding)
2. Accompagnement des managers & des équipes
• Conseiller et accompagner les managers dans la gestion quotidienne de leurs équipes (organisation, performance, engagement).
• Participer au déploiement des processus RH : entretiens annuels STAR, peole review, entretiens seniors, apprentice review …
• Apporter un appui opérationnel pour sécuriser les décisions et développer les compétences managériales
3. Pilotage RH & reporting
• Suivre les indicateurs RH (effectifs, turnover, absentéisme, recrutement, …)
• Analyser les données et proposer des plans d’actions adaptés
4. Relations sociales & climat social
• Être un point de contact RH de proximité pour les collaborateurs
• Garantir un bon climat social en anticipant et gérant les situations individuelles sensibles
• Contribuer à la prépartion et participer aux réunions avec les représentants du personnel
5. Projets RH & transformation
• Adapter les orientations globales Groupe aux enjeux de la Division et aux besoins spécifiques des équipes.
• Déployer les projets RH du site (SIRH, organisation, temps de travail…), suivre leur mise en œuvre et mesurer la satisfaction des opérationnels.
• Garantir l’avancement, la cohérence et la conformité des projets avec les attentes du Groupe.

Your profile and competencies to succeed

• BAC+5 spécialisé gestion RH,
• Première expérience dans une fonction RH généraliste idéalement dans un milieu industriel,
• Bonne connaissance du droit du travail
• Culture économique et financière, afin de favoriser le dialogue avec les opérationnels.
• Compétences relationnelles : communication, écoute, capacité à faire passer les messages.
• Efficacité organisationnelle : sens de l’organisation, gestion simultanée de plusieurs projets/sujets, pragmatisme et goût pour le terrain.
• Maîtrise des outils bureautique Pack Office,
• Français et anglais courants
