What You Will Do
Lead and manage all Human Resourcesmatters in partnership with leadership and other HR Business partners in the region
With an entrepreneurial mindset,become a trusted advisor to multiple stakeholders and manage several initiatives and processes in a fast-paced environment
Act as a cultural ambassadorof our firm’s unique culture, and roll out initiatives topromote a sense of belonging and inclusion
Adviseand coachleadership ontalentmatters related to performance management and employee relations
Advocate for team members, be a trusted and confidential advisor and suggest best practices to enhance employee experience
Act as a liaison between employees and leadership to ensure clear communication and resolve conflicts
Facilitate effective staffing among staff by leading meetings, creating reports, and proactively circulating available staff
Maintain HRIS data, perform audits, and create reportsfor leadership,showcasingkey metrics like turnover, retention, and engagement
Work to create an inclusive and positive work environment where employees feel valued, supported, and empowered.
Develop programs that enhance employee satisfaction, retention, and well-being,aligningthese programs with the company’s cultural goals.
Facilitate regular surveys, focus groups, and feedback mechanisms to gauge employee engagement levels andidentifyareas for improvement.
Lead and support employees through change, minimizingresistanceand ensuring alignment with company goals.
Provide guidance and leadership to managers onmaintainingculture and managingchange effectively within their teams.
Supportthefull life cycle of the employee,fromonboarding,leave, exit, and retirement
Adviseleadershipregardingcompensation and reward programs
Educate employees about benefit programs and liaise withfirm-widebenefit team
Assistin developing performance management tools, formalizing succession planning, and proactively developing staff and leadership
Create and/or roll out talent development and training programs and processes
Partner with HR team colleagues to create and innovate HR practices
Your Qualifications
Bachelor's degree inHumanResources, Business Administration,or related arearequired
8+ years of Human Resources experience,with at least4+ years in an HRBP or strategic HR role
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Working knowledge of employment law and compliance regulations
Experience working in a Professional Services environment
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Advanced MS Officeproficiencypreferred, particularly Excel
Experience with Workday preferred
Ability to producetimelydeliverables and manage multiple and shifting priorities in a dynamic environment
Ability to work independently, navigate,andmaintainproductivity in a matrix environment
Strong customer service orientation, a team player with the ability toestablishcollaborative working relationships
