This is a strategic and hands-on role for someone who thrives in dynamic environments and enjoys working closely with team leads and project managers. Reporting directly to the HR Director, you’ll be a key partner in shaping the company’s people strategy and culture. As an HR BP, you’ll have real influence on how teams grow, perform, and collaborate. Your mission will be to drive engagement, support onboarding and trial processes, develop talent, and strengthen a culture of trust and performance.
