  • Identify opportunities to improve internal HR and people management processes
  • Support employees at all levels on topics such as career management, labor relations, and day-to-day operational HR demands
  • Interface with HR sub-areas (Compensation & Benefits, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, and HR Operations)
  • Ensure the application of HR policies and compliance with labor legislation
  • Act as a change agent and driver of cultural transformation

  • Knowledge of Brazilian labor legislation
  • Analytical mindset and data-driven decision making
  • Hands-on profile: comfortable in both strategic discussions and operational execution
  • Previous experience as an HR Manager in the pharmaceutical industry (strong plus)
  • Postgraduate degree in HR, Business Management, or related fields (desirable)

Key Competencies
