We’reon the lookout for an experienced HR Business Partnerfor our Corporate Functionswho’sready to roll up their sleeves and dive into one of the most diverse, complex, and rewarding HR environments in the state. In this role,you’llpartner with our corporate support functions - the teams behind the scenes who help enable and support our frontline services every day. Please note, this is a permanent full-time position based in our head office in Brisbane CBD. Flexibility is important to us, and we know it is to you, too - this role supports hybrid working.

Your part in our UnitingCare team:

  • Partner with leaders across a wide range of services - from Executive Corporate Functions to private hospitals and everything in between.

  • Tackle complex workforce challenges with creativity and strategic thinking.

  • Lead initiatives in workforce planning, talent, engagement, and organisational design.

  • Navigate the intricacies of industrial relations and change management with confidence.

  • Enable Corporate Services teams to deliver great people outcomes by uplifting capability and embedding streamlined, effective People & Culture processes and practices.

  • Help shape a culture of care, accountability, and continuous improvement.

  • Be part of a high-performing, fun, and supportive team that loves what they do.

What makes a difference for us?

  • A degree in HR or a related field, with experience influencing senior stakeholders.

  • A knack for solving complex problems and delivering people solutions that stick.

  • A strong background in leading HR initiatives that enhance workforce capability and deliver measurable improvements.

  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence, coach, and build trust at alllevels.

  • A collaborative, curiousmindsetand a sense of humour (we like to laugh while we work hard!).

  • Confidence to satisfy the relevant probity checks required by legislation or policies
