THE ROLE
We’re looking for an HR Business Partner to serve as a trusted people partner for business units across the globe. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you’ll work directly with managers and leaders to support organizational effectiveness, talent programs, and day-to-day HR operations that scale. You’ll report directly to the Director of HR Operations and be a core contributor to Teramind’s people function as we continue to grow.
This is the right role for someone who thrives in a fast-moving, globally distributed environment, is comfortable navigating ambiguity, and knows how to balance tactical execution with forward-thinking people strategy.

About our recruitment process
We don’t expect a perfect fit for every requirement we’ve outlined. If you can see yourself contributing to the team, we want to hear your story. You can expect up to 3 interviews. In some scenarios, we’re able to streamline the process to have minimal rounds. Director-level roles and above should expect a more thorough process, with multiple rounds of interviews.
