Key Job Accountabilities 主要職務
<Expectation>
Support to implement strategies from HRD perspectives to develop people, organization, productivity, and overall business performance. To illustrate, held accountable for recruiting diverse and talented employees, identifying and resolving obstacles to individual employee’s growth, and retaining key employees. Driving the constant change management is critical role to be an enabler of business success. With a support from a line manager, facilitate action plans and initiatives defined by management team and leverage employee engagement survey to develop new and smart way of working and realize a great place to work. <Job Description>
1.Attract, recruit the best and diversified talent by finetuning the JD with line managers and by evaluating the candidate’s profiles for the future needs. Don’t get dragged too much by the past winning patterns. 2.Up skilling to ensure future sustainable growth. Carry out defined action plan to develop people and organization. Facilitate the people review and strengthen the succession pipelines. Develop key players globally/regionally.
3.Drive employee centricity by leveraging findings from employee engagement survey for key dimensions. 4.Embrace diversity, foster engagement, and realize GPTW(Great Place To Work) with Simplicity Culture. Manage projects to lead change management initiatives in consultation with line manager.
5.Ensure legal security at both individual and collective levels, as well as compliance with HR processes and practices, according to applicable legal provisions.
Must Have Aspects 必須項目
Expected more than 5 years Human Resources experience. Especially Generalist/HRBP type of experiences
Work experience in a large/Middle scale/multi national company with a diverse work environment.
English - Business level (TOEIC850~)
Strong communication skill, proximity to people
Collaboration & Team Working spirit with "Can Do mind-set"
MS Outlook, Excel, Power point, Word - intermediate
