In this role you are the responsible HRBP for the area ‘Business Support’, which includes IT, Finance, Legal & Compliance. Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Act as a strategic HR Business Partner to Group Directors and senior leadership teams across Finance, Legal and IT, providing end‑to‑end generalist HR support

  • Lead the full recruitment and hiring lifecycle, including hiring strategy, supplier and agency selection, interviews, salary benchmarking, negotiations and cost management

  • Advise and support line managers on employee relations, including absence management, performance management, disciplinary matters and contract changes

  • Drive and implement People & Culture projects in alignment with the company’s HR strategy, working closely with the wider HR team

  • Oversee talent management, development and succession planning across the entire employee lifecycle

  • Support reward, compensation and benefits decisions in line with market benchmarks and internal governance frameworks

  • Build leadership capability through coaching, feedback and trusted partnership with senior stakeholders

  • Actively champion employee engagement and retention initiatives across the supported business functions

Your profile

  • Degree‑level qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a comparable field

  • Proven experience in a generalist HR role or HR Business Partner position; experience in international or matrix organisations is highly desirable

  • Strong knowledge of core HR disciplines, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management and talent development

  • Confident stakeholder manager with the ability to influence and partner effectively with senior leaders

  • Structured, organised working style with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects

  • Excellent communication, presentation and facilitation skills

  • Fluent in English and German

  • Based within commutable distance to Düsseldorf and willing to travel occasionally within Europe
