In this role you are the responsible HRBP for the area ‘Business Support’, which includes IT, Finance, Legal & Compliance. Act as a strategic HR Business Partner to Group Directors and senior leadership teams across Finance, Legal and IT, providing end‑to‑end generalist HR support
Lead the full recruitment and hiring lifecycle, including hiring strategy, supplier and agency selection, interviews, salary benchmarking, negotiations and cost management
Advise and support line managers on employee relations, including absence management, performance management, disciplinary matters and contract changes
Drive and implement People & Culture projects in alignment with the company’s HR strategy, working closely with the wider HR team
Oversee talent management, development and succession planning across the entire employee lifecycle
Support reward, compensation and benefits decisions in line with market benchmarks and internal governance frameworks
Build leadership capability through coaching, feedback and trusted partnership with senior stakeholders
Actively champion employee engagement and retention initiatives across the supported business functions
Degree‑level qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a comparable field
Proven experience in a generalist HR role or HR Business Partner position; experience in international or matrix organisations is highly desirable
Strong knowledge of core HR disciplines, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management and talent development
Confident stakeholder manager with the ability to influence and partner effectively with senior leaders
Structured, organised working style with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects
Excellent communication, presentation and facilitation skills
Fluent in English and German
Based within commutable distance to Düsseldorf and willing to travel occasionally within Europe
