Job Description

Alpha‑Bio Tec is seeking a motivated, proactive, and people‑oriented Junior HR Business Partner to join our Human Resources team on a temporary basis as maternity leave coverage.

In this role, you will support day‑to‑day HR partnership for assigned business units, work closely with employees and managers, and gain hands‑on experience across core HR processes within a global medical device company.

  • Provide end‑to‑end HR support to assigned business units across the full employee lifecycle
  • Manage employee lifecycle processes, including employment contracts, onboarding, offboarding, and HRIS updates
  • Support and coordinate recruitment processes across departments (Production, Operations, Quality, R&D, etc.) in collaboration with hiring managers
  • Support the implementation of global HR processes such as performance reviews, goal setting, and career development initiatives
  • Assist in analyzing annual employee engagement survey results and support follow‑up action plans
  • Provide day‑to‑day HR support to managers and employees, including employee relations, basic conflict resolution, and disciplinary processes (with guidance)
  • Support internal communication initiatives and employee wellbeing programs
  • Assist in ensuring compliance with Israeli labor laws and internal HR policies

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree – required (Master’s degree in a relevant field is an advantage)
  • Good knowledge of Israeli labor law and HR best practices
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar HR role (HR Generalist / Junior HRBP)
  • Experience working in a global or corporate environment – an advantage
  • Proficiency in Workday and Hilan – required
  • High proficiency in English and Russian – required
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a service‑oriented, people‑focused mindset
